Terms and Conditions for LinkerFlow
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LinkerFlow mobile application and services (“App”) provided by LinkerFlow Inc. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Use of the App:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the App.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Third-Party Sign-In:
- You may have the option to sign in to the App using third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In (“Third-Party Services”). When you choose to sign in using Third-Party Services, you are granting LinkerFlow permission to access and use your information from the Third-Party Services as permitted by their terms of service and privacy policies.
- You agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of any Third-Party Services you use to sign in to the App.
- LinkerFlow is not responsible for any actions or omissions of Third-Party Services, including their handling of your personal information. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk.
- You may revoke LinkerFlow’s access to your information from Third-Party Services at any time by adjusting your account settings with the respective Third-Party Services.
3. Content:
- You retain ownership of any social media links you upload, submit, or share through the App (“User Content”). By uploading, submitting, or sharing social media links, you grant LinkerFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the operation of the App.
- You are solely responsible for the social media links you upload, submit, or share, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so. This includes ensuring that you have the legal right to share the content contained within the social media links and that the content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property:
- The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by LinkerFlow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the App without the express written permission of LinkerFlow.
5. Privacy:
- Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6. Termination:
- LinkerFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties:
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LinkerFlow makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the App or its contents.
8. Limitation of Liability:
- LinkerFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or these Terms, even if LinkerFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms:
- LinkerFlow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
